About Niandaren
She documents growth as it happens.
Niandaren is a woman born in the 2000s at the beginning of independent adult life. After graduation, she is learning how to work, make real-world decisions, take responsibility and gradually define the kind of life she wants to build.
She is currently gaining hands-on experience through business operations and everyday work, learning through uncertainty, mistakes, adjustment and practice.
She does not position herself as a young expert with answers for other people. Her story is about building practical ability and making choices without pretending to have everything figured out.
